Shipping Damages

We make every effort to insure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, on occasion items are damaged in transit. Should this occur, please contact customer service immediately at (760)536-4117 Our customer service staff will arrange for pickup of the damaged shipment and arrange for a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Our Guarantee
We are confident that Darenot.com's designer and fine jewelry will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within three business days for return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, Darenot.com will issue a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping and insurance fees.

Exclusions

Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be credited or exchanged. Please include the item's proper documentation and return it in its original box/ packaging for a full credit of the purchase price. (Shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)

Custom and Special Orders

All sales are final on custom or Special order items and can only be returned due to demonstrable error or mistake on the part of darenot.com. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact a representative immediately at (760) 536-4117 should you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted, package must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. For your safety, please make sure to send by traceable/insured mail.

Volume pricing

Darenot also wants to offer our customers a special discount on large orders and will personally offer discount on larger quantities of the same item ordered.

A WORD ABOUT OUR JEWELRY BOXES

Darenot.com is pleased to offer our customers a wide selection of fine jewelry boxes. Every Collection offered is of the highest quality and finest workmanship available. In order to have such a large selection, Darenot.com occasionally may not have all items in stock. Should that be the case on one of your selections, we will notify you immediately of the back-order status of your order. Out of stock, special order, and large quantity orders normally have a very short lead time and will usually arrive at your home within 10 business days.

Special Orders

Also, please take note of the specific colors offered on each Collection, and should you wish to have a different color that the Collection does offer that Darenot does not carry, we will gladly place a special order in that color for you at an additional charge. Please send an email on your specific's and the Collection wanted, and Darenot will get back to you with 24 hours (normally). We would love to put up on our web site all the personal letters of total satisfaction on our boxes from our customers, however, that as we all know would take up space that can be used for products Darenot wants to offer.
